Integrate with Neutron for container network
Integrate with Neutron for container network. Container should boot with one or multiple neutron networks with private IP addresses. In addition, users should be able to associate floating IPs to the container.

Why would you connect a container to just one network? VMs can connect to multiple networks. It seems like you'd want the same functionality for both.
