Proposal to Build zope.pipeline

The zope.pipeline project intends to make the Zope publishing machinery easy to understand and customize. It builds on the concept of WSGI pipelines, which many Python developers are already familiar with. The basic design has already been validated by the Repoze team, who have been successful at producing documentation because their code is easy to explain.
