Refactor WWW interface to allow plugin extensions

Refactor the WWWInterface object
- split big "if .. elif .." method in to separate handlers per URL prefix
- allow plugins to register their own handlers for specific URLS
- add POST support to allow client to submit new pages (optional, default off)
