"Recent Changes" dialog

Would be nice to have a "Recent Changes" dialog that shows the editing history of a notebook. Especially when we support version control and notebooks could be edited by multiple users. Difficulty is that we can not use the filesystem timestamps, should add headers with timestamps to the pages.
