SVG graphviz/dot diagrams

Particularly as people begin to have a mix of lo-dpi & high-dpi devices, the diagram plugin should probably generate SVG files by default, or at least be user-settable that way. This might amount to simply extracting the 'png' string from the plugin into a plugin preference object.
