Client URLs

Currently, the JSON-RPC client operates by specifying a host, and then the subcommand deals with a path. However, as ZFN has evolved, user information was been added along with port information, etc. In short, the information is the same as for URLs, so we should just go ahead and have ZFN-schemed URLs.
