Splitting the old item dict into an event and an item part

Items in zeitgeist are currently presented as one dict which contains data from multiple database tables. This blueprint aims to change this representation to a more structured one which is closer to the way how zeitgeist actually stores the data internally. It also aims to reduce the size of the data send over the dbus API.
