Define the roles and permissions needed in Z Contact

There should be two roles defined in Z Contact: viewers and editors. Some lists will be public, in which case anonymous persons can view. Other lists will be private, and only authenticated "viewers" can see the list. Some editors should be given edit privileges over the entire list. In other cases, editors may be limited to making changes to only one or a few contacts in the list (such as their own).
