Add discriptive categories to contacts

In the CCJP mailing list, there are contacts which fall under several different categories of interest and activity, such as: anti-war, health care, housing, immigrant's rights, anti-racist, etc. It should be possible to add any number of these categories to a contact.

Maybe it would be better to call this "tags" instead of categories, as "tags" is the more typical web2.0 term for this sort of functionality.
