Provide an option to install a script's deoendencies in one directory

Normally, each dependency is stored in a separate egg and added to a scripts path. Add an option to the egg recipe to install to a single directory so there is only one thing to add to the path. Maybe also make it easy to reuse this in multiple parts. Maybe there's another recipe that does this. (gp.recipe.pip, collective.recipe.omlette )
