I'm thinking if we should clear messages and claims as well. And it would be nice if we can have an api for queue like /queues/myqueue/purge to purge all the stuff of the queue bu keep the queue. It's tracked by this bp https://blueprints.launchpad.net/zaqar/+spec/flush-queue
