Automatically Generate Client-ID

Registered by Kurt Griffiths

When Client-ID is not provided in a WRITE request, automatically generate one. For read requests, just set it to "None" or something so nothing matches it.

This will simplify applications which don't multiplex read/write on the same channel or those that only use producer-consumer semantics.

The ID should be a UUID that is decorated in such a way that it can be distinguished by client-generated IDs. For example:

@(7dddd75e-0430-11e3-af82-a7df8b41ba03)
