Create a Twisted-based Prototype

yocto-amqp needs to enable developers with regard to producing client/server messaging code. Since we're forging into the unknown, let's start with a Twisted-based prototype that runs on an operating system. With such a prototype in place, we'll be in a good position to port that (well-tested and well-understood) work to experimental platforms (such as Python-on-a-chip).
