Integrate SpherePadder in yade.pack

Currently, the algorithm of Jean-Francois Jerier (kindly implemented by Vincent Richefeu) for packing tetrahedral mesh with spheres lives in extra. It should be move to something like py/_packSpherePadder and the interface made similar to other packing generators from this module.
