MakeBodyCOntainer and InteractionContainer non-virtual

Do not derive BodyVector from BodyContainer, instead make BodyVector not derivedfrom anything and only typedef it to BodyContainer (if the implementation is to be switched by changing the typedef easily). Likewise for InteractionContainer. That will avoid virtual function calls for every body/interaction access, with possible speedup of tens of percent.
