optimize collider

Following https://bugs.launchpad.net/yade/+bug/729079
An optimized colliding algorithm has been commited to branch lp:~bruno-chareyre/yade/collide.
I couldn't find any problem in this and nobody reported problem (but maybe nobody tried).

Suggested merging of the branch with trunk, the result will be:
- new behaviour by default (x2 speedup measured on 200k spheres, more speedup expected on larger problems)
- old behaviour still available unmodified at run time
- compiling (most of) the old version still possible by #undef ORI_VERLET,

Some code cleaning, old code removal, default tuning, can be done after a period in trunk, if no problem will be reported.
