Add a delay to a key press for testing a press and hold of a key

Tapping the alt key (Opens the HUD) is different than holding the alt key (Reveals the application menu) xpresser should be able to perform both of these actions

What if we just add a hold argument to the type function? We can default it to what it is now (.4 i believe), but you can pass to it whatever you need (like .1 to test the HUD with alt)
