Transparent background

Registered by Felix

When you have a nice image on your desktop background and a lot of notes, the notes hide the image and an option to make the background notes transparent (you only see the desktop background and the text) would be great.

Sprints

Whiteboard

Option 1

After changing the checkbox with name "Enable transparency" in the Preferences, the background of the pads should be (completely?) transparant.

Option 2

When selecting the radio button for the background (Theme/Solid Color/Transparancy) colors with a slider of the level of transparancy (0-100%), the background of the pads should be (partially) transparant.

Option 3

Use the builtin RGBA color selectors, to get and set the colors. These color selectors have transparancy settings builtin.
