Sticking option.

Sticking notes to actual webpages and stored locally, would be a great option. Re-opening specific web pages should automatically re-open the relevant sticked notes. In Windows, I used Notezilla, which works fantastic. The Diigo extension in Chrome is not logic, to my opinion. It doesn't work for me, anyway. Further I didn't find alternatives for linux.
