Add command-line support for setting namespace prefixes

XML Zebra can use namespace prefixes that are defined in XML Schemas, but there is a problem is no namespace prefix is defined. To avoid having to edit the Schemas, it would be better if prefixes can be set on the command line for the Schema path generator.
