Rotate/archive logs and stats files

Have config in server to automatically rotate log and stats files on a time and/or size basis to prevent a) filling disk space b) slow loading to review. This might involve archiving old logs/stats and starting a new one eg monthly, or truncating the beginning of the files/tables to only show records for the last x days/weeks/records. There might need to be method for reloading archived logs to view again.
