[Wiki] Add page "How to perfect Xibo Server on Windows, Mac and Linux"
I would like to add page on wiki to retrieve all packages to install for server (Windows, Mac and Linux)

>Xarc: I recommend MariaDB over MySQL or even MSSQL, I saw better performance with my applications. For CentOS i strictly use MariaDB, it should not be a problem to make the replacement as it is a drop in.
