Add a new schedule option for "entire day"

Add a new option when creating a new schedule item, called "whole day". This bypasses the time selection options and behind the scenes sets the event for the whole day.
This allows recurrent events to be scheduled in the middle of the day, when the event needs to start before the time the event is created

I thought I understood this - but now I am not so sure.
The scheduler will already allow you to create events that start up to 24 hours previous - meaning you can schedule an all day event for the current day.
I appreciate that further scheduler improvements would be great (weekdays, all day events, etc) but that would more than likely slip into 1.8 without the "problem" of not being able to do same day recurring all day events.
