Offset subsection of webpage

It would be great if the "web page" content type on the time line had an offset for x and y from top left of the included page and a width and height for the part of the web page you wish to display so you could extract information from the centre of a page. At the moment the default is a zero pixel offset showing from top left including any left hand side margins that may be included.
Also implement zoom if possible in .net client to match Python client,
