Business Hierarchy and user management
Summary:-
Addition of Business account:- Let's say you are a digital signage provider for 2-3 businesses . We should be able to add and manage them using one Xibo server instance or installation. Also we have to associate users and groups to these business accounts.
Company A and Company B are business accounts that will in turn have users and groups.
Associate users and groups to these business accounts. I think this is very useful feature for resellers and the service providers who support multiple businesses. Company A should not have access to Company B's layouts, schedule etc. Only super admin will have access to both.
Approach:-
We would add a new level of grouping to Xibo called "Account", user groups would be modified to belong to accounts and the permissions model would be altered to completely hide schedules, layouts and media between accounts - a super admin would still be able to view across accounts. We would also need to extend display groups to belong to accounts for the same purpose.

i have replied to your "answers" question too. The next step is to better design the spec -below is what we had said previously :
