Allow xibo to be upgraded by any admin user

Currently during the upgrade process xibo_admin password is requested to perform upgrade. However, if a end-user renames the xibo_admin account to admin, they are not able to authenticate. Remove the hardcoded xibo_admin username and allow for username entry via input field.

This was a concious decision at the point of implementing the upgrade proceedure.
In a SaaS environment, you do not want normal users to be able to upgrade their instances - hence the restriction to the xibo_admin superuser.
