community tv features
we are using xibo to playout for a community tv channel. (works great) a few need features are.
scheduling to the second.
ability to overlap region otion timing within a layout.
ability to update a file within a layout via upload. ( change a commercial or nightly news segmet without having to edit layout)
abilty to insert new option within a layout region.

That will never happen with the architecture Xibo uses at the moment. It's just not possible.

You want to bulk update all usage of a particular media item when you edit it from the library?

What does that mean?
@KS: Please can you make sure you submit one idea per blueprint? If I were to target any of these ideas to a series of Xibo how would anyone know which of them we're talking about?
Please also make sure you give a use case for each idea so we can understand the problem you're having.
