[Server] Easy install Xibo Platform with Linux package (*.deb / *.rpm)

For easy deployment of Xibo Platform (install and update), create Linux package (Debian / Ubuntu / Redhat, etc...)
Like "phpmyadmin", installation is more secure and don't lost time if you have a lot of PC with Xibo to install... Upgrade to new Xibo client version is automatic with another update of Linux.
Only when Xibo client was compatible with Linux.
