Ability to enter a custom resolution for a layout

Pick "custom" from the resolutions list - this will show 2 new fields for width x height.
These resolutions will then scale to fit in with the designer (scale with respect to a width of 800 - maintaining aspect ratio)
Should be available from:
- Layout Add
- Background edit (in layout designer)
