Remove whitespace after RSS or Text items finish

After the content of an RSS or Text item reaches the end a blank space occurs after it, until it reaches the top of the area, and then the item restarts. It would be much nicer if the content started again after a small gap.

Mark S: I had a look into the .net client code for this, seems that

My initial idea is create multiple copies of the contents until the top/right of the last copy is below the bottom/righthand side of the region, then pass the height/width of the original content to TextRender.
