Regions to have a loop parameter
Perhaps you might want to design a region that plays through once only, regardless of other regions play length? Perhaps regions should have a loop parameter that determines if they should loop at the end of their sequence or not. You could achieve the same effect by working out the total layout display length and scheduling a blank image in that region for the region play length - total play length.

Whiteboard
We want an option on the region which is default ticked. This option will be "Loop when finished". This is currently what happens.
Will need to make sure when each region expires we check this option to decide if we just dispose of the region and leave it blank - or if we need to restart the region from the beginning
Special consideration for videos
If the region is set to loop and there is only 1 item in the region then it should remain on-screen instead of reloading itself. For video this means it should start again from the beginning.
Videos should also contain their own loop function which causes them to loop multiple times before moving on. The logic here is that if you want an image to display for 3 minutes, you put 3 minutes in the duration - if you want a video to display for 3 minutes but the video is only a minute long, you put 3 minutes in the duration and you get 2 minutes of blank space at the end - it would be good if you could loop the video to encompass the entire duration.
