Disable black tooltips in regions

Hi, i would like to see an option to disable these black overlays/tooltips which shows the screen position, name and so on from the regions.
It is verry complicated to arrange small regions whith that black boxes on it.

I wish to get rid of these black boxes too. If they are turned on, it is nearly impossible to work with small regions.
