new media type: live video stream

Would be nice to have a new media type to be assigned to the region live video stream, similar to local video.
The special idea is that the live video stream duration is infinite by default, thus it would display continuously as long as the layout is scheduled.
The professional feature would contain an option to link to another existing file from the library which would be displayed in case the live stream isn't available from the server. This should include the scenario when the layout is due on the schedule but the live video isn't available yet (eg. the display will show a picture "stay tuned because soon the live event can be watched here"), and naturally the case when the live stream gets intrerupted from the server (like when the tranmission finishes).
