Add an overlay to module icons

Add an overlay icon to the modules icons if a certain feature is only available on a particular client
eg. Add the python logo to the microblogging module icon
eg. Add the .NET logo to the powerpoint module
If this is something that is wanted, I am happy to work on the logos
