enhance the way medias / layout / schedules deletion is handled

There should be a better way to delete a media or a layout. When deleting a media for instance, Xibo should notice every instance using it (schedule, campaings, layouts etc...) and ask the user want to force deletion of everything tied to the media.

Also, we should be able to delete a media or a layout when its schedule is outdated.
