Hide Unhide toggle in region timeline

I think having the ability to hide or unhide items in the region timeline could help people out. Our setup is a main region, a side region that never changes, and a scroll region on the bottom for important notices. We have some information that we put in the main region and scroll that we would like the ability to display or hide the information. For instance in our main region we have two text forms that are there no matter what and then we have a third text form that says something like "Board Meeting Tonight" that we have to post every 2 weeks. Right now every two weeks I have to create a new form and match all the formatting. It woiuld be nice to be able to just hide that form until it is needed again.
