Duration Permissions Option

In this thread (https://answers.launchpad.net/xibo/+question/220603) the ability to allow duration to be edited by someone other than the Owner was mentioned. It was also mentioned that because of dependency on the existing permissions spec, the duration cannot be simply included with the overall permissions of the object. As suggested, I would love to see this as adjustable on an install by install basis, by means of a boolean switch in the settings. This is a big limitation for heavily collaborative settings where many people are responsible for how content is displayed, and are forced to wait on other people to make adjustments to the duration.
