Enhancing Drop-Down Boxes

The drop-down boxes used in several places in Xibo (for scrolling down a number of rows rather than 1 at a time) is set for 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 (defaulting to 10). To this should be added 50, 100 and 'All'. It is much easier scrolling down a long list using the mouse or keyboard keys than selecting a value in this box and pressing a key.
