Download Percentage on Display Management

Add a items downloaded vs items remaining counter and download percentage to the display management page in the CMS.
This figure would be an estimate based on the latest information received from the client and would be accurate to the last collection interval. It would use the media inventory XML to work out how much of the download had been completed overall and how much had been completed since the last media inventory call (to estimate speed / time).
