add a cache server allowing to avoid to contact the Xibo central server to get the media if it is already in the server cache.
It could be usefull for player that are using the same media and need to dowload the same content.
It allows to save server bandwidth.
the server could be intercept dowload request. If the content is in the server cache, the local cache server provide the content without any download through internet.
