Generic, extendable file chooser gui object

A GUI object the uses the basic gui objects to create a file browser and chooser.
Should support browsing inside of packages, and be extendable for filtering out file types and providing previews.
Three extensions: texture chooser, track chooser, (eventually:) vehicle chooser.
