Make xbps-repo genindex accept a list of binpkgs

'xbps-repo genindex' currently takes as argument a directory with binary packages and will process all them, therefore taking much time than wanted, if only a few packages have to be updated.

Implement support to make "xbps-repo genindex" accept a list of binary packages as arguments.
