Make wxBanker translatable
The title says it all. Allow translations, in trunk and/or in Launchpad, with the help of Gettext. Thanks !

2008.10.06 michael: great idea! I will milestone for the 0.4 release. This shouldn't be too hard (I just need someone to translate it :)
2008.10.26 michael: okay, I think I gettext'd all user visible strings in wxBanker, and uploaded the template to launchpad last night. It is currently awaiting approval but hopefully it is approved and can be translated soon! I will update here when it is approved.
2008.10.30 michael: the template is approved and up in Launchpad (Rosetta), and I have received 7 or 8 translations already, and included them in trunk. Now I just need verification that it actually starts up with the correct translation for a user's locale (assuming the translation exists).
2008.11.09 michael: I tested via running with LC_ALL with different locales and it appears functional!
