Multi-currency accounts

Multicurrency accounts allow to store in one account two or more currency entries. It allows to manage accounts like "Savings" where usualy user put different currencies. (I store my saving in USD and UAH for example).
In addition it is necessary to have a currency exchange rate table which should update manualy or automaticly from web services.
