alternate summary graph by month

It would be great to show a bar graph for transactions each month, like: . This way you can see how much you are spending each month over time.
This is mostly implemented for cairoplot; we just need a way for a plot to return a list of its graphs and have the plot control display a drop-down if more than one, and respond to change events.
