Allow choosing currency in summary graph

Have a combobox allowing the user to select a desired currency to display the graph in, converting appropriately.

2010.02.03 mrooney: actually now that "All accounts" exists, it should probably be configurable with a currency like any other account, and the graph should just respect like, also like any other account.
