GPG Encryption

It would be expedient to encrypt the wxBanker Database on the Harddisk. One can in a menu select an GPG-Key. Then, wxbanker will encrypt the complete database. When one wxBanker starts, he/she must input the GPG-Key Password to encrypt the database back in the systemmemory. When one close wxBanker, the databse will again encrypted saved.
