Simplify Wubi

At the moment there are far too many dialogs and popups, somehow it reminds people of those aggressive websites. Most of them can be placed within the wizard dialog, factored out in a separate application or removed alltogether, We should:

* Drop bittorrent addon, it is causing more troubles than it's worth and it increases the size of wubi quite a lot, let's keep the nsis hooks but remove the addon, it will be easy to add it back in the future if we need it. For now we should simply use http download with automatic mirror selection.

* Remove the splash screen, music file and what not, less is more

* Remove all the confirmation dialogs that are not absolutely essential, if there is any important message (like the beta status) it should simply be embedded within the main wizard dialog.

* Language selector: can we merge it with the Ubuntu installation locale selector and place it in the wizard dialog?

* CDburner: I do not think we have the right to distriute it, it should be dropped until the situation is clear.

* Most of the expert options can be moved into a separate wubi-tools application. A big plus if we can remove the normal/expert chooser alltogether while keeping the installation idiot-proof. I prefer an advanced tab for things like disk size and manual ISO selection.
