Quick Styles
What do we want Quick Styles (that's what I call the drop-down on the left of the EditorToolbar) to do?
Do we allow them to be applied to a selection, or only per-paragraph? Should users be able to edit them? If so, how? In Preferences, via a right-click menu in the TextView, ... ?
Do we allow adding and removing of Quick Styles? If so, how do we present that to the users? Should Quick Styles be saved per-document, per-window or for the whole app?

Whiteboard
First, adding and removing Quick Styles would seem not easy to do, and it would likely complicate the program, and it carrys a small use case. I suggest we allow some editing, such as font, font size, and line spacing per style, otherwise people may get underwhelm with the overly simplicity of our workflow.
Second, once a user chooses an option, it should instantly affect the following text entered, until the user chooses a different style. Third, options should be saved for the whole program, not a document. If per document, opinions would bewilder the users and feel like they're using "yet another word processor", which is something we should stay clear of. By saving for the whole program, we allow some modification without changing the way people use the program altogether.
