Insert Should Be A PopOver
The opinion "Insert" is never used, and it makes it look out of place. For this reason, Insert should have many opinions for each. When inserting a table it should ask how many rows and columns to create. For inserting a comment, ask for a message beforehand. Inserting a picture should ask to open a file. When adding a link, ask for a link and verify its existence with some webkit magic.
